Mr Lekoana heads the taxation department and co-head the financial accounting service department and he is practicing mainly in the fields of Corporate taxation, Individual taxation, and Value-added taxation (VAT). Mr. Lekoana served his articles with the auditor general of South Africa (AGSA). During his time at the AGSA, Mr Lekoana was exposed to regulatory public sector audit.

He then went on to join a public entity where he mainly dealt with financial accounting and gain extensive experience and knowledge in various multidiscipline areas of accounting over the years of his employment. After identifying his skills, strengths, and talents in the field of accounting and finance, he then started practicing in a private sector.

Mr Lekoana is also responsible for the day-to-day office management and administration of the firm.
